New Article Series: Conversion Kits

This new series is going to be a bit of a departure from my usual fare: a series focused on players rather than DMs or content creators. Players have the unenviable position crafting their visions from a set of preselected parts. Multiclassing and feats provide options, but they can be quite overwhelming.

Enter Conversion Kits: these articles will zero in on a piece of content that can completely shift the way a character plays with minimum investment and maximum impact. Each Conversion Kit covers the following highlights:

  • Minimum Investment: What do you need to do to reap the benefits of this kit?

  • Narrative Impact: What does this kit do to your character?

  • Mechanical Impact: What does this kit do to your build?

  • Kit Support: What can you do to enhance this kit?

  • Pitfalls: How can the use of this kit go wrong?

For now, I'll leave it at that and let the articles speak for themselves.
